November 22, 2005: Welcome to my blog (duh)

Alright, hello everybody. This blog is thought to be read by my friends all over the globe. Therefore, I will stick to English in my posts. I know some of you aren't the best friends of this language so I'll try to keep things simple.

So, what's this all about? On Tuesday, November 29, 2005, I will leave Switzerland to go on a traineeship in India. The plan is that I'll be working in Hyderabad for a company called Satyam Foundation, which to my knowledge is the developmental aid project of Satyam, a major IT company in India. I will work for their sanitation program for 8 months. After that, I'm planning to go and travel India for 2 months. This results in a total absence of me of 10 months. Now, don't cry, I'll be in touch via this blog, on forums, via email or phone. Expect my next post here when I arrived in India. Maybe I'll be too shocked to post anything except 'Help me, get me out of there!'. Please don't take that seriously, I'll be fine (that's what I hope).
